Book your place
Pilates and Zumba classes are available across Cornwall on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, with classes in Liskeard, Lostwithiel and Coads Green. Pick individual classes from the calendar below, or reserve your place with a half-term or full-term Pilates block, with discounted rates available when booking in advance. Simply choose the dates or block that works for you and get in touch to secure your place.

Select the dates you'd like to attend from the calendar below. You can choose as many dates as you like, and once a class is added simply use the + button to book extra places for family or friends coming with you.
Looking to attend Pilates regularly? 6-class blocks are £9 per class (£54 total) and 12-class blocks are £8 per class (£96 total) — both discounted against the £12 walk-in rate.
Zumba is £8 per place. Prefer to bring someone with you? Add the optional family offer — 2 places for £14 (£7 each). Must be family or partner.

4 Zumba classes for £25 (normally £32)
Use your 4 classes at any Zumba class during September, at any location. Classes must be used within September and cannot be carried into the next month. Buy as many as you like — perfect for mixing up your favourite venues.

Pilates blocks
Book a term or half term
Advance bookings can be made at a discounted rate, giving you better value when booking ahead. Pilates is £9 per class for a 6-class half-term block (£54) or £8 per class for a 12-class full-term block (£96), compared with the £12 single-class rate. Booking with a partner or family member? Add the family option to a 6-class Pilates block — £7 per person per class (£14 per class, £84 for two people over six classes). Please note there are no classes during the half-term break — no class on Monday 26 October or Thursday 29 October. Scheduled half-term and seasonal class breaks are already taken into account when you book.

Zumba is £8 per class, pay as you go — or choose the optional family offer of 2 places for £14 (£7 each) when someone is coming with you. Pilates walk-in places are £12 when a class has space. Pilates blocks are discounted the further ahead you book: 6-class blocks work out at £9 per class, and 12-class blocks at £8 per class. Half terms and holidays are already removed from the calendar.
